Role summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager who can take a multi-company Life Sciences implementation from chaos to go-live to join our dynamic team at Grafieks Lab Pvt Ltd, Noida location.

This isn't a plug-and-play ERP rollout. You'll be walking into multiple companies with different processes, different systems, and different ways of doing things, and your job is to bring order to that, get everyone aligned on one Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, and get it live without breaking anything along the way.

If you've led ERP transformations before, especially ones involving multiple entities or post-merger integration, this will feel familiar.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Mandatory: 2 to 3 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations

What You'll Do

Program Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-company Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Set up governance frameworks, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting Manage scope, risk, and change requests

Business Transformation Drive process harmonization across entities Lead workshops to define a future-state operating model aligned with Life Sciences best practices Standardize processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management Ensure business objectives translate cleanly into Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM) solution design

Data & Integration Lead legacy system assessment and data migration strategy Oversee master data governance and cleansing Manage integrations with third-party systems, labs, CRM, WMS, EDI, and reporting platforms (via OIC or equivalent middleware)

Stakeholder Management Serve as the key liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, implementation teams, and executive sponsors Drive decisions and resolve issues quickly Lead change management and user adoption efforts

Delivery & Quality Ensure strong execution across design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare Track project health and delivery KPIs Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and quality requirements

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field 10+ years of ERP implementation experience 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM) Experience leading multi-entity or post-acquisition ERP transformations Strong grasp of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory processes A track record of managing cross-functional, global teams

Nice to Have Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (ERP/SCM/HCM) PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotech, or Pharma Familiarity with FDA-regulated or Gx P environments Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) practices
