Senior Lead Accountant
Hybrid, 120-135k Base.

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Firm seeking to add a Senior Lead Accountant to their team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external accounting partners.
• Review accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in both public accounting and private industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• CPA preferred but not required.
