Admin & Facility Management Specialist

<p><strong>About the Role </strong> </p><p>Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization or business location. </p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li>II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree </li><li>Supervisory experience in Facility departments </li><li>Organized at work </li><li>Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously. </li><li>Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi &amp; Kannada) </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Work location: </strong>Malleshwaram, Bangalore. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities for Facility Administrator/Executive: </strong> </p><ul><li>Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met. </li><li>Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment. </li><li>Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets. </li><li>Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance </li><li>Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors </li><li>Allocate office space according to needs </li><li>Handle insurance plans and service contracts </li><li>Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission </li><li>Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs. </li><li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs </li><li>Travel arrangements - ticket &amp; stay </li><li>Event coordinator </li><li>Very little field work when required and should know the local market </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>We are looking for: </strong> </p><p>We are looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning. </p><p>The ideal candidate should be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs with Leadership abilities and good work efficiency. </p><p>The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. </p>
