Are you a Travel & Tourism sales leader who can grow revenue, develop new business, and lead a team to deliver results?
We are looking for a hands-on Head – Sales & Business Development to strengthen our sales function and drive business growth.
Location: Pune | Work from Office
Preferred Experience: 8–12 years, including 3+ years in sales leadership
Salary Budget: Up to ₹1 lakh PM
✈️ Travel & Tourism experience is mandatory
What you will lead:
• Sales strategy, revenue targets, and profitability.
• B2 C holiday sales and B2 B business development.
• New client acquisition and travel partner relationships.
• Sales team coaching, performance, and high-value closures.
• Lead conversion, CRM discipline, and sales forecasting.
• Coordination with Products, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

✅ Proven sales leaders with measurable target achievements.
✅ Candidates with strong knowledge of domestic and international holidays, customised packages, and group travel.

✅ Candidates available to work from Pune.
Experience in corporate travel, MICE, educational tours, or an established B2 B network will be an advantage.
