Salary: $100,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance required
• Security + CE certification mandated
• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows/Linux/VM environments
• Expertise in data networking and telecommunications systems, including IP addressing (DNS, DHCP), VLANs, spanning-tree, VPN/GRE tunnels, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and SIP Session Border Controllers
• Familiarity with SIP-based communications (Asterisk knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to troubleshoot SIP call setups
• Competence in analyzing packet captures with Wireshark
• Cisco certifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in Windows Server product line and Windows SQL Server
• Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Understanding of DoD cyber-security practices (STIGS / Scans / JITC)
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 5 years of IT and networking experience or equivalent

• Design, deliver, and maintain our NG911 solution
• Troubleshoot client/server application issues, network or telephony problems
• Configure client and server operating systems in a VM infrastructure for immediate client support
• Take ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure resolution
• Research and diagnose technical issues related to systems and applications
• Track customer inquiries through our ticketing system to resolution, adhering to SLA agreements
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide timely and precise feedback to customers
• Log and document all issues in the support system
• Follow up with clients to confirm their IT systems are functioning properly post-troubleshooting
• Document technical expertise through notes and manuals
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, regarding plans and recommendations
• Manage multiple priorities and organize tasks effectively to meet customer commitments
