Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and business development activities.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

• Demonstrate strong destination knowledge, with a primary focus on Bali, and recommend suitable travel packages.

• Present and pitch Balitreat's travel products and customized holiday solutions to prospective clients.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and emerging travel trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the travel industry.

• Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.

• Strong knowledge of Bali and international holiday packages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales.

• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of international travel products, visa processes, and holiday planning.
