Job Title: Sourcing Executive <br />Department: Procurement / Supply Chain<br />Location: Jigani,Bangalore<br />Experience Required: 1–2/ Fresher<br />Industry Preference: Manufacturing<br />Job Summary:<br />We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive (Materials) to manage sourcing activities at the supplier end<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term business partnerships.<br />Source materials based on BOM (Bill of Materials), project requirements, and inventory needs.<br />Ensure procurement of materials meets quality standards and delivery timelines.<br />Track shipment schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth material flow.<br />Monitor supplier performance with respect to delivery, cost, and quality.<br />Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, pricing, and delivery performance.<br />Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<br />Strong knowledge of material categories<br />Understanding of supply chain operations and lead-time management<br />Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills<br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b> </p> <p></p><br /><p></p><p><b>Benefits </b> </p> <p></p>Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand<br />PF+Incentives<br /><br />
