Talent acquisition specialist | non-it corporate hiring

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding great talent

Job Requirements:

Bachelors / Postgraduate Degree (MBA Preferred) 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience especially in Non-IT Corporate Roles from BFSI domain Sourcing through various channels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Result Orientation with execution excellence Attention to detail Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
