Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We want at least 3 years of relevant full-stack development or database engineering experience.
• We need strong MySQL expertise, including query tuning, indexing, and schema planning.
• We value experience with at least one additional database platform, such as PostgreSQL or Redis.
• We require hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
• We look for comfort working in plain PHP and JavaScript without depending on a framework.
• We expect experience developing and validating database changes in ways that protect data integrity and application reliability.
• We need the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, prioritize work effectively, and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• Nice-to-have experience includes data analysis, reporting queries, or dashboard development.
• Nice-to-have experience includes managing cloud-hosted databases such as DigitalOcean Managed Databases or Amazon RDS.
• Nice-to-have experience includes caching tools such as Redis or APCu.
• Nice-to-have experience includes working knowledge of Linux server environments.
• Nice-to-have experience includes automated testing with tools such as PHPUnit.

• We improve database performance, reliability, scalability, and structure across our business applications.
• We design and refine database schemas, optimize slow queries, and implement effective indexing strategies.
• We plan and support database upgrades, migrations, backups, recovery processes, and related documentation.
• We build and maintain front-end and back-end features in PHP and JavaScript.
• We write and maintain automated tests, including tests that validate database changes and migrations.
• We investigate application and database issues, determine root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
• We support reporting and data needs through accurate queries, dashboards, or data extracts when appropriate.
• We collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to turn requirements into maintainable application and data solutions.

We design and manufacture experiential wellness products that support physical recovery, relaxation, and mental well-being. Our portfolio includes HydroMassage, CryoLounge+, RelaxSpace, PolarWave, and RedZone Sauna, serving fitness clubs, universities, hospitality environments, corporate wellness programs, multifamily communities, chiropractic practices, spas, and homes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Clearwater, Florida facility, with regular collaboration across internal stakeholders. The position is primarily computer-based, and local candidates or those able to reliably commute to Clearwater are preferred. The posted pay range is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
