We're Hiring: Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

Are you passionate about sales, counselling, and helping learners achieve their career goals? We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Learning Consultants / Senior Learning Consultants to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, chats, online demos, and trial sessions.

Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.

Build strong relationships and drive enrolments.

Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to conversion.

Regularly follow up with prospective candidates.

Effectively use CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

1–6 years of experience in B2 C Sales / Inside Sales.

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

Experience with Dialler Operations and CRM management.

Knowledge of Salesforce, Lead Squared, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership and perseverance.

Ed Tech or startup experience will be an added advantage.
