PRT and TGT (Grade 1–8) Computer Science (C.S./C.T-AI) Teacher Atmiya Vidya Mandir (AVM) is looking for a passionate, experienced and enthusiastic Computer Science teacher who enjoys working with young learners and is committed to continuous learning, innovation and professional growth. Position PRT and TGT Computer Science (Grade 1–7) Number of Positions: 1 Role and Responsibilities Teach Computer Science and C.T-AI concepts to students from Grade 1 to 8 , adapting lessons to their age and learning levels. Build strong foundations in digital literacy, computational thinking, coding, problem-solving and technology applications . Make learning engaging through hands-on activities, coding, projects and creative technology-based tasks . Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies in age-appropriate and meaningful ways. Encourage curiosity, creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving through technology. Plan effective lessons and learning experiences aligned with the school curriculum. Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support their progress. Teach students about responsible and ethical use of technology, online safety and digital citizenship . Collaborate with teachers across subjects to integrate technology and computational thinking into interdisciplinary learning. Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI tools and innovative approaches to Computer Science education . Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the Computer Science/C.T-AI curriculum. Maintain a positive, disciplined and supportive learning environment. Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance to help them progress. What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, coding and technology applications . Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies will be an advantage. A passionate teacher who genuinely enjoys teaching children and inspiring them to learn and explore technology. Someone who is always ready to learn, experiment and adapt to new technologies and teaching methodologies. Good communication, classroom management and collaboration skills.
