To Apply for this Job Click Here IDR is seeking a Telecom Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves developing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure, supported by a leading organization in the healthcare industry. The Telecom Engineer will play a key part in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced telecommunications systems to ensure seamless communication services. Position Overview for the Telecom Engineer: Configure, repair, and install telecommunications voice and data lines adhering to code standards. Analyze and troubleshoot telecommunications infrastructure issues. Provide technical assistance to the community. Configure and support Nortel, Vocera, and Shortel telecommunications systems. Perform network switching and routing Tier 1 troubleshooting. Develop, test, maintain, install, and deploy technologies supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. Support the establishment, development, and promotion of standard architectures, hardware, and software components. Provide consulting services to application development teams and customers regarding technologies and standards. Requirements for the Telecom Engineer: At least three (3) years of direct experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with configuration, repair, and installation of telecommunications voice and data lines. Experience analyzing and troubleshooting telecommunications infrastructure issues. Experience providing technical assistance to the community. Experience configuring and supporting Nortel, Vocera, and Shortel telecommunications systems. What's in it for you?
