Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator-Specialty to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this full-time role, you will guide patients through complex care journeys, coordinating services, educating patients and families, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary providers. You will assess patient needs, remove barriers to care, and ensure timely access to specialty services while promoting quality, safety, and an exceptional patient experience.
