Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Graphic Design with 1 to 3 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing. The ideal candidate should be strong in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator , have a good design sense, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and production efficiency. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, explainer visuals, and animation assets for videos and digital learning content.
• Work on video editing, compositing, typography animation, and infographic-based animations.
• Design visual elements, icons, and vector assets in Illustrator for use in motion graphics.
• Edit and assemble video content in Premiere Pro with attention to pacing, transitions, audio, and overall visual quality.
• Interpret storyboards, style guides, scripts, and visualization comments to deliver accurate outputs.
• Support the team in maintaining quality, consistency, and brand alignment across projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Instructional Design, Production, Post-Production, and Project Management as required.
• Participate in review cycles and implement feedback within agreed timelines.

AI Tool Experience and Practices

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Midjourney, or similar tools for creative ideation and workflow support.
• Use AI for concept generation, visual references, background exploration, image enhancement, copy support, and productivity improvement .
• Ability to use AI responsibly while maintaining design accuracy, brand consistency, and content confidentiality .
• Familiarity with using AI to reduce repetitive work and improve turnaround time without compromising quality.
• Awareness of good practices around copyright-safe usage, prompt clarity, reference quality, and human review of AI-generated outputs .

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator .
• Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and well-timed motion graphics.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Good ownership, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in e-learning, educational, corporate, or explainer video content .
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and audio-video coordination.
• Familiarity with templates, workflow optimization, and production best practices.
• Interest in learning new tools, automation practices, and AI-supported creative workflows.
