Telesales - Sales Engineer

Job Purpose

• Provide remote technical sales, service, and support for customers across India.
• Support customers by identifying technical requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Contribute to business growth through proactive customer engagement and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical sales and support through active outbound calls across India.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Visit customer sites occasionally for technical discussions, negotiations, and on-site support.
• Stay updated with newly introduced products, technologies, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronic Maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, automation, and maintenance practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to understand technical applications and provide practical solutions remotely via telephone.
• Willingness to learn new products, technologies, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, negotiations, and site support.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote support environment.
