Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and Lead Generation. The role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, managing CPL campaigns, and optimizing performance across digital channels. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign data, negotiating partnerships and payout structures, and maintaining strong communication with affiliates and clients. The team member will monitor lead quality, ensure campaign delivery meets client goals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new strategies for growth. The role also includes preparing reports, updating CRM or tracking systems, and contributing to process improvements to support sustainable business expansion.
