Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and future planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and display advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with various analytics software and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Google AdWords and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
