Assistant Professor of Law

Assistant Professor – Law DBS Global University invites applications for the positions of Assistant Professor – Law who has done his/her qualification from NLU. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, research, academic development, student mentoring, and contributing to the overall growth of the School of Law. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong subject expertise, a commitment to academic excellence, and an active interest in research, curriculum development, and contemporary developments in the legal profession. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in the area of specialization. Develop course plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Adopt innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies. Conduct tutorials, seminars, case discussions, moot courts, and practical learning activities. Mentor and guide students in academic and professional matters. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Participate in curriculum development, revision, and academic planning. Undertake independent and collaborative research in the area of specialization. Publish research papers in reputed UGC CARE/Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals, as applicable. Specialisations: Business Law Crime and Criminology Taxation International Laws Law and Technology Eligibility Criteria: UGC NET qualified and Ph.D. in Law (mandatory) At least one of the candidate’s academic degrees must be from a National Law University (NLU). Minimum 3 years of experience.
