A director at a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Employer's Agent to join their Romsey office.

The Employers Agent's role The successful Employers Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors.
The Employers Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.
The Employer's Agent Completed a RICS accredited degree MRICS or working towards Pre and post contract experience Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Employers Agent experience Car and driver's license In Return? £50,000
