Role Summary

We are looking for a Content QC Specialist to review website content, blogs, landing pages, and social media content before publication. The role will ensure accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, grammar, formatting, and SEO quality .

Key Responsibilities

• Review website, blog, landing page, and social media content for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and compliance .
  
• Perform on-page SEO checks including keywords, meta tags, headings, internal links, and alt text.
  
• Ensure content follows brand, style, terminology, and formatting guidelines .
  
• Verify data, claims, statistics, disclaimers, and industry-specific information.
  
• Conduct plagiarism and AI-content checks before publishing.
  
• Coordinate with Content, SEO, Design, and Web teams to resolve issues.
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Content Editing, Proofreading, or Content QC .
  
• Excellent English grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO .
  
• High attention to detail and checklist-based working.
  
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and CAN-SPAM .
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with WordPress/HubSpot .
  
• B2B/SaaS or data-services experience.
  
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T and featured snippets .
