Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various Field Sales positions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media etc.
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements.
• Ensure timely filling of open positions by coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in executive hiring or non-IT recruitment (field sales hiring, bulk hiring, preferably in BFSI/NBFC/Insurance/Financial services sector).

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques (bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively during salary discussions.
• Candidate willing to work in 06 days work from office setup.
