Monitoring the link functionalities and reporting to Team for action

Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems

Requires strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities.

Performing routine maintenance on network-related components and equipment

Hands-on experience in upgrading the Switches & Routers.

Basic understanding of other network technologies.
