Responsibilities
Fundraising
Map the CSR and philanthropic landscape in India and globally.
Conduct active outreach and meetings to build relationships with potential funders.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of CSR opportunities, grants, potential funding opportunities, and related deadlines. Track new opportunities and the status of submitted applications.
Support the development of pitches, concept notes, proposals, and other documents for tailored fundraising.
Qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising with Indian and international funders (CSR, international development agencies, foundations, accelerators, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently with deadlines.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Culturally aligned, socially inclined, and passionate about the organisation's cause.
