PATH, a global nonprofit advancing health equity, seeks a Head of Philanthropy to lead major gifts and family giving. Reporting to the Chief Global Health Programs Officer, you will build trusted donor relationships, shape a donor-centered philanthropy function, and align investments with PATH's priorities.

You will lead a team of about six, collaborate with executives, and translate technical work into compelling investment cases for high-net-worth donors.
