What began as a solo passion with a single camera has grown over 17 years into a team of dedicated professionals crafting cinematic stories for couples. The company specializes in wedding and concept photography, capturing authentic, unscripted moments that reflect each couple’s unique vision.

Role Description

• The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage inbound and outbound leads, and build relationships with prospective clients in the wedding and events space.
• The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding requirements, presenting services and pricing, and following up to close deals.
• The Executive will collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Daily responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach, partnerships, and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong new business development with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
• Solid understanding of business and sales fundamentals, including negotiation, pricing, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present services clearly and build trust with clients.
• Prior experience in photography, wedding planning, events, hospitality, or related creative industries is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site, meeting clients in person, and occasionally attending events or shoots as needed.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
