The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is responsible for development, implementation, and administrative and clinical supervision of assigned program and services. This position supervises staff in the autism program at one site location. Required Education: Masters Degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Preferred Education: Required Experience: Preferred Experience: Required Certifications and Licensures: Active licensure as Behavior Analyst from the Virginia Board of Medicine Conducts a variety of evidence based assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, etc.) and develops appropriate programming based on assessments results (e.g., treatment goals and behavior intervention plans) Collaborates with parents to promote skill maintenance and general
