As a cadet you will learn all aspects including:

• Contracts Administration
• Estimating
• Site

You will also be mentored by the senior members of the team as you develop your career.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn, have a can do attitude and enjoy being part of a team.

• You must be currently enrolled in a construction related university degree
• Some form of work history will be highly regarded
• Reliable references
• You must be available to work 4 days a week.
