Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

CarePartners is seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehab nursing care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, mobility and ADL support, patient and family education, interdisciplinary care coordination, and accurate documentation. The RN will collaborate closely with therapists and physicians to promote optimal function, safety, and independence while supporting a culture of compassion, respect, and clinical excellence.
