Brown and Caldwell is seeking an Area Growth Leader to partner with operational, technical, and other leaders to grow sales and backlog in the Central Area (primarily TX, CO, UT, OK, NM).

This leadership role drives strategic growth, business and sales planning, and manages client portfolios to meet growth objectives of the West Business Unit, while mentoring a sales team and aligning resources.
