Key Requirements:
B. Arch from a recognized institute.
1–2 years of experience in Housing and Plotted Development Projects.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and other architectural design software.
Experience in layout planning, working drawings, and project coordination.
Knowledge of building by-laws, approvals, and development regulations.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
