Hello December is a design-led home and lifestyle brand building a new-age Indian retail experience across our own website, marketplaces, quick commerce, and offline retail partners.

We are looking for a highly organised, execution-focused Retail Operations person who can ensure that every product is listed, stocked, dispatched, replenished, and represented correctly across all our retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Own day-to-day operations across offline retail stores, marketplaces, quick commerce and the Hello December website.

* Coordinate onboarding and listings across platforms including product information, pricing, imagery, inventory and catalogue updates.

* Track inventory and stock movement across warehouse, website, marketplaces and retail partners.

* Ensure bestsellers are replenished on time and identify slow-moving inventory.

* Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, stock transfers, returns and replacements.

* Maintain accurate SKU-wise stock and sales reports.

* Coordinate with retail partners for POs, inwarding, stock reconciliation, replenishment and payments.

* Ensure products are displayed and represented according to Hello December’s brand standards.

* Coordinate with the design/content team for product photography, descriptions and marketplace assets.

* Track marketplace issues including rejected listings, out-of-stock products, pricing discrepancies and catalogue errors until closure.

* Monitor daily and weekly sales across channels and flag opportunities or operational gaps.

* Maintain clear trackers for orders, inventory, sales, returns, payments and pending actions.

* Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate inventory for launches and promotions.

* Support new store, marketplace and retail-channel launches from onboarding through go-live.

* Ensure new product launches go live across all relevant channels on the committed date.

What We Need

Someone who is:

* Extremely strong with follow-ups and closure

* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously

* Good with Excel / Google Sheets and numbers

* Comfortable working with inventory, SKUs, sales reports and retail MIS

* Proactive rather than waiting for instructions

* Strong at vendor, marketplace and retail-partner coordination

* Detail-oriented enough to catch pricing, stock, or listing errors before they become problems

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Experience in home, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer retail would be preferred.
