Sales advisor - luxury retail store

Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor for our Highend Luxury Fashion store in South Mumbai who will be responsible for offering a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of luxury shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
Customer Engagement
·        Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
·        Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations.
·        Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabric details, weaving techniques and the story behind each collection to effectively communicate with our patrons.
·        Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
·        Represent brand in exhibitions and events as and when required.
Visual Merchandising:
·        Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring that displays are well-organized, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
·        Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal and promotional displays that reflect the brand’s image.
Store Maintenance
·        Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining a high standard of presentation at all times.
·        Ensure that all SOPs are followed, including proper handling of products and equipment.
Operations and Inventory management
·        Manage inventory counts and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing movement of inventory.
·        Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all inventory.
·        Prepare stock and sales reports and share with HQ.
Qualifications
·        Prior experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
·        In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
·        Passion and knowledge for High-end Global luxury fashion, with a keen eye for detail.
·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
