Remote Finance & Systems Lead: Dynamics 365 & AI Automation

Latvia-based startup is seeking a finance professional to own accounting and system configuration using AI agents. You will manage daily bookkeeping, closing, tax reporting for Latvian requirements, and lead the complete migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will work remotely with the founder, overseeing AI-assisted workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive cost-effective financial processes while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
