Job type: Permanent, full-timeWe are recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a reputable marketing agency.This is a hands on role for someone with proven agency experience who is confident managing digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads and performance marketing.You will take ownership of campaigns from planning and launch through to optimisation, tracking and reporting, working directly with national and international clients with the internal creative and digital teams.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and optimise multi-channel digital campaignsLead, monitor and refine paid social and Google Ads campaignsMonitor and manage campaign budgets and performanceUse GA4 to analyse and interpret campaign resultsUse Google Tag Manager and set up robust conversion trackingIdentify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROIProduce clear client reports, insights and recommendationsCarry out audience, market and keyword researchWork directly with clients on campaign strategy, activity and performanceBrief design, development and production teams on campaign requirementsSupport, mentor and guide a junior member of the digital teamAssist with campaign proposals, new business pitches and recommendationsExperience required3+ years of digital marketing experiencePrevious experience working within a marketing or digital agencyPaid social campaign management experienceGoogle Ads / PPC planning, management and optimisation experienceStrong working knowledge of GA4Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking experienceProven experience managing and optimising digital campaigns to targetsConfident analysing campaign data and explaining the performance to stakeholdersExperience working directly with clients and managing day-to-day relationshipsApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK as Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, either now or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
