• Understand the client's health journey and recommend the right program for her
• Run structured consultation calls of 45–60 minutes
• Follow up, handle objections, and collect payments
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and daily reporting
• Attend the 10 AM team meeting and ongoing sales training
• What we're looking for

No prior experience required — we train you completely from scratch

• Fluent Hindi + comfortable English
• Strong communication and genuine empathy — our clients are women who've struggled with their health for years
• Coachable attitude and willingness to take feedback daily
• Laptop, stable internet, quiet space for calls
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 6 days a week
• EarningsFixed: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
• Incentive: tiered commission from 7.5% up to 12% on collections
• Weekly bounty: ₹10,000 for the first closer to collect ₹1.5L in a week
• Monthly bounty: ₹30,000 on hitting the ₹8L milestone
