Role : Sourcing Specialist (US Region)

Scope: Proactively identify and engage top talent through effective internet, database, and social media sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels (internal databases, job boards, social media) to source and engage qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies. Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs. Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & Linked In Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.

Key Requirements:

Strong Research Skills: Ability to quickly execute research techniques and uncover hidden talent. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and client interaction. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms. Domain preference : Healthcare / Pharma

Performance Indicators:

Timely completion of sourcing assignments. Consistent achievement of monthly scorecards. Development of effective search strings and research strategies. Building competitive awareness through market and talent analysis.
