We are urgently seeking an organized, open-minded, bold, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a confident and extroverted professional who can provide dedicated, high-level support to the CEO while contributing to the growth and expansion of our company across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be emotionally mature, flexible to Handle both professional & personal tasks
• Highly organized in Managing calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.
• Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.
• Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.
• Handling Personal errands and family tasks.
• Handle travelling & itinerary and must be open for travelling with boss.
• Handle team, reports and assign tasks.
• Event Planning & Lifestyle Management.
• Travel with boss. (Domestic or local)

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient with remote tools
• Exposure of International Market will be an add-on.
