Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print campaigns, including social media assets, marketing collateral, and website graphics. Daily responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and translating creative briefs into engaging visuals. The role also involves refining visual identities, preparing design files for production, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across platforms. The Graphic Designer will stay updated on design trends, support brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the overall creative direction of client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for various media.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and deliver designs on schedule.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
