Actionable

Audit execution

• Ensure pre-audit preparation and sampling for the audits assigned.
• Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies.
• Ensure audit coverage based on the scope of audit for areas assigned.

Audit reporting

• Ensure documentation of audit findings of the audit areas reviewed.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports that communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations, and Management responses.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive work papers documenting audit procedures performed, findings and conclusions.

Compliance

• Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Follow up with auditee Management and validate evidence for audit issues resolution.

• Domain knowledge – Knowledge of bank audit / Retail Assets audits
• Should have experience of handling audit such as Retail Asset – Home loan, Personal Loan, Vehicle loan, retail asset operation, NPA, Credit audit etc.
• Audit expertise – Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques, and standards
• Analytical skills – Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data, identify trends and assess the effectiveness of controls.
• Problem solving skills – Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations, and discussions.
• Time management – Efficient planning to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
