We’re Hiring: Project Manager Join a Greenfield Particle Board Manufacturing Company Location: Karnataka, India Apply by email: woodpaneltalentsolutions@gmail.com About the Opportunity - We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and execution of particle board manufacturing projects from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield project and contribute to building a modern, sustainable wood-based panel manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project planning , execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, legal, and industry standards. Identify and manage project risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions. Ensure timely delivery of project objectives while maintaining quality and cost control. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Support effective communication and collaboration across all project functions. Candidate Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Forestry, Wood Science, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of proven project management experience , preferably in: Particle board manufacturing Wood-based panels Building materials Industrial or manufacturing projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera . Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
