Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers — for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and pipeline status
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Negotiate salary and close offers in line with company compensation guidelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to HR leadership
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in IT/technology companies
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
• Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT, US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, with ATS and HRMS tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring for IT/software positions is a plus
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for software engineering, product, or technical roles
• Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruiting
• Certification in HR/Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
