Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Back-Office Operations Executive to support client onboarding, documentation, data management and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding, account opening, KYC and related documentation accurately
• Update client and transaction data in internal software and systems
• Prepare Excel sheets, reports, presentations and documents as instructed
• Collect relevant information from the internet and present it in a clear, structured format
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
• Coordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms and internal team members when required
• Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, documentation and improving work efficiency
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up until completion

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Comfortable using computers, internet and online platforms
• Good command of spoken English and Hindi
• Good common sense, attention to detail and presence of mind
• Should be organized, responsible and willing to learn
