Physiotherapy & High Performance Centre is looking for a warm, organised, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Location: Koramangala, 8th Block, Bengaluru

✨ Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or front-desk role will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional approach

• Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups

• Handle calls, Whats App enquiries, and client communication

• Maintain client records and front-desk operations

• Coordinate with the physiotherapy team

• Manage basic administrative and billing-related tasks

• Ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience

• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare support is beneficial.

• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing healthcare role.

• Friendly, presentable, and professional

• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with basic computer operations

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
