We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards

Reports to: Accountable Manager

\n

\n

Purpose:

\n

To manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

* Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.

\n

* Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.

\n

* Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and safety objectives.

\n

* Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.

\n

* Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.

\n

* Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).

\n

* Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.

\n

* Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.

\n

* Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.

\n

Competency:

\n

\n

Relevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
