Job Description
Elemental Communications is a B2B sales agency helping foreign companies enter the Adria region. We run multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling — powered by AI tools and a human-led sales process.
We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing team.
What you will do:
- Research and build prospect lists using AI tools and LinkedIn
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Manage and update CRM with lead and pipeline data
- Qualify leads and book meetings on behalf of clients
- Follow up with prospects across multiple channels
What we are looking for:
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Familiar with LinkedIn and basic sales tools
- Detail-oriented and self-organized
- Experience is a plus but not required — we train you
