Position:  Senior Interior Designer Location:  Lodhi Colony, New Delhi Experience:  5+ Years Company Description NH Studio is an architecture and interior design firm focused on creating timeless, detail-driven spaces across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The studio specializes in bespoke environments that blend luxury with functionality and long-lasting design value. By transforming client ideas into meaningful spatial experiences, NH Studio emphasizes thoughtful layouts, materiality, and user comfort. Team members collaborate closely with clients and consultants to deliver well-crafted interiors and architecture that respond to both aesthetic and practical needs. Role Description Lead interior design projects from  initial brief and concept development to final handover . Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic, and practical design solutions. Develop  concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and design presentations . Prepare detailed  working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture plans, and GFC drawings . Develop and coordinate  3D models, renders, and visualisations  for presentations and execution. Select and specify  materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and FF&E  based on design intent and project requirements. Coordinate closely with  clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers . Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution to ensure drawings, detailing, materials, and design intent are accurately implemented. Review  shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and fabrication details  and provide design inputs/approvals. Identify and resolve design, technical, and site-related challenges in coordination with the project team. Manage project deliverables, timelines, revisions, and documentation across multiple projects. Maintain high standards of  design quality, detailing, functionality, and finish  throughout the project. Mentor and guide junior designers and support the team in design development and execution. Contribute to improving NH Studio's design processes, detailing standards, and overall creative direction. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience  in Interior Design or Architecture. Degree or diploma in  Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . Strong understanding of  space planning, technical drawings, materials, finishes, and site execution . Proficiency in  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/3D software, and Adobe Suite . Experience handling projects independently and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience in  residential, hospitality, or commercial projects  preferred.
