We're Hiring | Customer Success Manager – Networking

We are looking for professionals with a Project Management or Service Delivery background who have strong customer-facing experience and the potential to transition into a Customer Success Manager role.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We're looking for professionals who have experience in:

✅ Managing enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure environment

✅ Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement

✅ NOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains

✅ Driving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction

✅ Conducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

✅ Working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders

Preferred Background:

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Success
• Experience with System Integrators (SI) or Managed Services organizations
• Strong understanding of ITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Retention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
