Role Description The Orthopedic Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term management strategies, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at SwastyaPhysio in Bengaluru, requiring consistent patient interaction and participation in clinic processes and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a focus on orthopedic or musculoskeletal care.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for explaining treatment plans, educating patients, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Solid documentation and organizational skills to manage patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up plans accurately.
  • Up-to-date professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
  • Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru, with a patient-centered approach and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in outpatient physiotherapy or orthopedic clinical settings is preferred; familiarity with pain management and post-surgical rehabilitation is an advantage.
