The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $15M+ Background in education, institutional, concrete, masonry, or similar commercial projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management Experience working with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work within commuting distance of the organization's regional office locations What's on Offer Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and education construction projects Direct mentorship from senior leadership Clearly defined succession plan with the opportunity to advance into a senior preconstruction leadership role Streamlined interview process: Informal lunch meeting with the hiring leader Offer stage Interested?
