Job Description Manage ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $15M or more Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Monitor project costs, productivity, and risk to ensure successful outcomes Lead project documentation, reporting, and contract administration Utilize construction software platforms to support estimating, takeoffs, and project delivery Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all project phases MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $15M+ Background in education, institutional, concrete, masonry, or similar commercial projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management Experience working with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work within commuting distance of the organization's regional office locations What's on Offer Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and education construction projects Direct mentorship from senior leadership Clearly defined succession plan with the opportunity to advance into a senior preconstruction leadership role Streamlined interview process: Informal lunch meeting with the hiring leader Offer stage Interested?
