Creative Director Copy

ABOUT THE ROLE Adfactors PR is India's largest PR agency, working with clients across every sector – from legacy conglomerates to disruptive startups. We're looking for a Creative Director (Copy) to lead the thinking and writing that turns client problems into ideas people actually talk about, not just campaigns people are asked to notice. This isn't a traditional ATL writing job. You'll be expected to build integrated ideas where earned attention is the starting point, not an afterthought. Digital-first thinking will drive most of the work, but occasionally you may also need to craft your earned-first thinking into film, print and OOH when the idea calls for it. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Lead copy and creative thinking across a wide spread of clients and categories Build integrated campaign ideas that start with what will earn attention (media, culture, conversation) and work backwards into the right format Bring a real understanding of how AI is changing the craft of creativity, and use it to make work sharper and faster Push every brief past the obvious category response Partner closely with the Creative Head and account teams to shape ideas from problem to execution WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING 12 years of experience across top-tier network or independent agencies, with real ownership of the creative product A track record of having led at least a couple of large integrated campaigns. You should know what it takes to build a single idea that works across TV, digital and earned simultaneously Fluency in new media – you should already be thinking in formats, platforms and behaviours that didn't exist five years ago Strong point of view on how AI fits into the creative process Writing that's sharp enough to lead by example, not just direct from a distance DETAILS Location: Mumbai (full-time, in-office) Reports to: Creative Head Please share your updated CV with Shwetha Harshwal at
